This service is offered to any individual or organization requiring the performance of a second-opinion study concerning Phase 1 to 4 environmental site assessment work, obtaining an independent professional opinion concerning an environmental issue, assistance from an environmental expert during prosecution or litigation, validation of the conformity of characterization and decontamination work.

Our firm provides turnkey services for the preparation, drafting and submission of certificate of authorization (CA) requests to the Quebec Ministry of Environment and Fight against Climate Change (MELCC). The Environment Quality Act (EQA), or Act 72, states the conditions for which a certificate of authorization must be issued under section 22.
