Patrick Hardy
Patrick HardyPresident, Senior Professional Technologist
Patrick Hardy is the founding president of Environnement PH inc. and a member of the Order of Professional Technologists of Quebec. He sees to the management of the company and its multidisciplinary team. Specialized in geotechnics and environmental geotechnics, he oversees Phase I, II, III and IV environmental assessment assignments. He participated in over 900 environmental site assessments (Phase I) and in over 800 soil and groundwater environnemental characterization assessments (Phase II et III). He also supervised and took part in some 350 site decontamination responses and dismantled more than 200 underground oil tanks in addition to overseeing the management of international soil.

He has close to 25 years of experience in his field.

Josée Vidal
Josée VidalProject manager, ME, EESA®
Josée Vidal holds a bachelor’s degree in geography and a master’s degree in environmental studies from Sherbrooke University. She is a Certified Environmental Site Assessor (EESA®). As a project officer at Environnement PH inc., she conducted over 500 environmental site assessments (Phase I), approximately 250 soil and groundwater environmental characterization projects (Phase II and III) and over 50 environmental rehabilitations of contaminated lands (Phase IV). She has nearly 10 years of experience in environmental site assessments.

She is also a lecturer at the University of Sherbrooke’s Centre Universitaire de Formation en Environnement (CUFE).

Marco Julien
Marco JulienProject manager, Professional Technologist
Marco Julien, a professional technologist and project manager at Environnement PH inc., completed a college training at the Cégep de Jonquière and a university education inEnvironmental Sciences at the Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM). He completed his training in Environmental Site Assessment and Environmental Law Principles at Sherbrooke University, which is one of the requirements for obtaining the title of Certified Environmental Site Assessor (EESAmd) from the Association québécoise de vérification environnementale. As a project manager, he conducted over 175 environmental site assessments (Phase I), more than 200 soil and groundwater environmental characterization projects (Phase II et III) and some 60 environmental rehabilitation assessments of contaminated lands (Phase IV). Several of these files were subject to Division IV.2.1 of the Environment Quality Act.

He has more than 6 years of experience in the field of environmental site assessments.

Philippe Davignon
Philippe DavignonGeological Technologist
Philippe Davignon holds a college diploma in mineral technology, with a specialization in geology, from the Cégep de Thetford. As a technician, he participated in sampling campaigns as part of more than 160 soil and groundwater environmental characterization projects (Phase II and III) and some 50 environmental rehabilitation studies of contaminated lands (Phase IV). Several of the files he worked on were subject to Division IV.2.1 of the Environment Quality Act and required soil excavation and environmental auditing works, such as test trenching and drilling activities.

Mr. Davignon has more than 5 years of experience in the field of environmental site studies.

Kathy Dumaresq
Kathy DumaresqAdministration, Technician
Kathy Dumaresq holds a college diploma in aquaculture and management reporting. Combining over 15 years experience in the environment and management fields, she led an eight-year aquaculture project, supervised the operation of a fish farm for nine years, took on the duties of a civil engineering technician in the field as well as those of environmental technician for four years and served as executive assistant for a consulting engineering company for three years. In addition to participating in many mining development projects, she had the opportunity to use her knowledge of microbiology, chemistry and soil as part of the decontamination work carried out following the Lac-Mégantic disaster. Through her skills and experience as manager and entrepreneur, Mrs. Dumaresq provides support to the entire staff of Environnement PH inc.
Jocelyne Duclos
Jocelyne DuclosAccounting, Technician
Jocelyne Duclos holds a college diploma in business administration. Drawing on more than 30 years of work in the SME community, she has developed over the years a vast experience holding a variety of positions. Whether as director of school transportation operations, administrative assistant, financial analyst in the agricultural sector or financial statements clerk for an accounting firm, this path led Mrs. Duclos to refine much of her knowledge and develop adaptation skills as well as a sense of initiative that enables her to cope with various financial management situations in the corporate environment and put her expertise at the service of Environnement PH inc.
Hélène Hardy
Hélène HardySpecial Acknowledgement
Hélène Hardy oversaw accounting at Environnement PH inc. for almost 15 years. For health reasons, she had to resign from the company in 2016. Helen supported her brother Patrick, the company’s president, since its founding in 2002.
